HOW
TO USE THE EXERCISE LOG AND FOOD JOURNAL
After you have successfully downloaded the journal from our website to your desktop, you will be able to print the journal right from your personal computer. The page size of the journal is 8.5 X 11 inches so you will need a standard loose-leaf binder to hold the pages.
When you open
your workout journal, you will see two pages for each day of training.
The food journal is on the left side and the exercise log which includes
the strength training and cardiovascular exercise diary is on the right.
In the food journal section you should record everything you eat during
the course of the day. There are sections for the date, your current body
weight, food eaten, water consumption, caloric intake and general comments.
In the exercise log section, there are 14 entry rows for
muscle groups, weight training exercises, weight poundage and number of
repetitions. Each particular
weight lifting exercise is allotted five sets. You can add more if you
wish. Remember, the key to a successful combat conditioning program is
consistency. This workout journal will prove to be an essential tool to
keep you motivated and consistent with your weight training.
In the cardiovascular
training section, there are 10 entry rows for cardiovascular exercises.
I have listed gt;5 staple cardio exercises for your convenience. They include:
treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical, stair climber and running. There
is also ample room to record your training heart rate and total exercise
duration.
COMBAT CONDITIONING JOURNAL: This e-book will print 100 pages of the journal from your personal computer. Hard bound version is not available.

I have tried following the war machine workout and dieting with my own journal. It became tedious copying out the days. If you are like me, you can loose motivation. The Combat Conditioning Workout Journal takes the tedium out. It is the perfect companion to help you reach your goals. This another quality item from CFA. Thanks for giving me the tools to work with.

If you want to take it to the next level this manual is a must. The covers are awesome and convey the right attitude. If you want to get lean counting calories are a must and being able to keep track of the amount of iron you are lifting is great. It is fun to look back even in your recent history to see your progress. It also has the added benefit of keeping you motivated. Since buying mine, I have dropped 15 pounds and added significant strength in all categories. This manual has helped me reach by conditioning goals.

I had no idea how off I would be on my diet before I purchased this journal. I would "think" I was in the 2,000 calorie range limit but I found myself shooting sometimes well over it. Because of this journal I have brought my diet back to where it should be and I have dropped ten pounds since I ordered the product. I have also found myself increasing weights to my exercise routine by being able to keep track of how much I do. This journal has given me the structure I need to take myself physically to the next level.

This journal is essential if you ever want to keep track of your progress in the gym. The journal includes facts that most journals don't have such as: Training advice right from Sammy Franco, a guide to stretching, and a guide on how long it will take for you to recover your strength after a workout. This is the BEST workout journal I've ever owned!
