The continuation of volume I lives up to what I expected. Demystifies the knife at close- quarter ("Rear-hand" drills) and on the ground. vol.I and II provide extensive coverage on this subject. An excellent purchase at an excellent price.

This dvd, along with Control and Conquer 1, comprise the best self-defense system against the blade on the planet! There is a lot of bogus knife defense programs out there that will get you killed, but Sammy Franco teaches you real-world skills and tactics that will save your butt when someone has decided they want to slice you up. Another CFA home run!

Control & Conquer 2 delves even deeper into the very serious subject of defending yourself against a knife. The thing that strikes me most about this series is Mr. Franco's real world approach to the subject. You will understand the sobering realities of facing a knife in the street and learn why the techniques taught in most classical systems will get you killed in real life.

Even an untrained maniac with a knife can do an horrific amount of damage in just a few short seconds, despite the victim's martial arts training. Good knife defense training is hard to find, but Mr. Franco's ideas are exceptional. This dvd shows you training methodology that immediately makes sense and that the skilled practitioner will recognize as realistic and highly effective.

If you've already checked out Volume 1, then this is the next necessary step (if not get Volume 1 first or better yet get the combined CONTROL AND CONQUER Volumes 1 & 2 DISCOUNT PACKAGE). Takes up where Volume 1 left off. Reintroduces the 4 knife defense principles than moves on to defenses against some of the most dangerous knife attacks, including the "grab and stab", the rear hand knife attack, knife attacks while on the ground and being held up at knife point. The drills will get you up to speed in no time. This DVD can be the difference between dying or living to tell the tale. Nuff said!

The drills in this DVD are awesome! The drills continue to build your skills. It gives you the skills to deal with any knife assault. And Vol. 2 has my personal favorite drill. Warbaby! that drill alone is worth getting the DVD. Learn to defend the grab and stab and rear hand attacks which are essential for knife defense. If you have vol.1 makes sure you get this DVD. Your knowledge is incomplete.

Everyone reading this, Get both Control and Conquer 1 and 2. It's scary what is being taught in other styles and schools. It's even SCARIER when your faced with a knife wielding attacker!!!! If your reading this, you're more than interested in RBSD; One consumer to another, THIS IS WORTH IT!!

This follow-up DVD shows more knife survival skills and various scenarios that can occur on the streets. Also shown is how to defend against the knife on the ground. Drills are included to train the material. Highly recommended.

The second part of the Control and Conquer series builds off of the first DVD and delves deeper into realistic knife defense for the streets. After reviewing the very basics of knife defense, Sammy Franco explores more advanced knife scenarios, including the rear handed knife attacker and defending against the knife on the ground. As always, Mr. Franco clearly explains the drills and concepts before showing live demonstrations of them, but it is important that the viewer has already seen Control and Conquer (Volume 1) in order to have the background knowledge needed to fully utilize the information on this DVD. Anyone who wishes to prepare himself for the streets must know how to defend against the knife, so don't hesitate to buy this DVD and the other one's I have mentioned above. I got this DVD not to long ago and let me tell you it's GREAT!! I never knew that there were so many different types of scenarios that I could encounter on the street. The part about disarming the actual knife itself is brilliant and realistic as opposed to some of the other martial arts that suggest kicking the knife out of the attacker's hand. Bottom line this DVD is essential if you want to learn how to defend yourself from a knife attacker.
