Chapter One: Anatomy of Destruction - Knowing how and when to strike the enemy is essential for street survival; however knowing where to hit the assailant is equally important. Anyone who truly wants to neutralize a vicious criminal adversary in a street fight must have a working knowledge of the body targets on the human anatomy. This chapter teaches you everything you wanted to know about where to strike the enemy in a violent street fight. Includes very detailed illustrations.

Chapter Two: Warrior's Cache - The War Machine has a complete working knowledge of his natural body weapons (NBW).  Body weapons are specific body parts that can be used to disable, cripple or kill a criminal assailant in a justifiable self-defense situation.  Natural body weapons include the head, teeth, voice, elbows, fists, heel of palm, fingers, web of hand, edge of hand, knees, shins, dorsum of foot, heel of foot and ball of foot.  This chapter teaches you everything you ever wanted to know about using your natural body weapons in a street fight. Chapter Three: Efficient Digestion - Unlike conventional martial artists, the War Machine is predicated on offense.  If combat is unavoidable, he takes the initiative and strikes first, fast, and with authority.  You must accept this offensive philosophy and master the Compound Attack if you are to prevail in a vicious street fight. A compound attack is the logical sequence of two or more tools launched in succession. The warrior gains the upper hand by initiating a flurry of full force, full speed strikes designed to overwhelm the opponent's defenses.  The ultimate objective is to take the fight out of the adversary and the adversary out of the fight. This chapter features twenty (20) different compound attack scenarios including step-by-step instructional photographs.

Chapter Four: The Uncontrollable - Being placed in a throat choke, bear hug or any restraint for that matter can startle someone with little or no training. In most cases, it’s not the choke, lock or hold that defeats the victim, it’s the panic.  For this reason alone, you should always remain calm and relaxed so you can accurately assess the danger and respond accordingly to the situation.
