I have to say that I am literally "Born Again" in the world of Self Defense and Combat thanks to Sammy Franco! This DVD is a MUST and I learn something new every time I watch it. This is the REAL way to pursue Martial Arts/Self Defense as it saves you time and money as there are so many "Rip Off" Martial Arts Schools out there and I have experienced a few of them. But this DVD is the Honest, Functional and No B.S way to literally "Defend yourself from Dying" in a real life attack. You can transform your body and mind into an alert, effective and PROTECTIVE fighting machine even if you have little or no knowledge in Self Defense. As a 20-year man in Martial Arts/Self Defense, I am happy to have the opportunity to purchase this DVD and I highly recommend this program. Thank you, Mr. Franco!

If you dont want the bad guy to put a dent in the side of your head, you better grab this dvd. Mr. Franco throws a wave of defensive tools your way that will help you accomplish just that. He helps you to focus your mind on these skills should you need them. I never knew what a parry was until i watched this dvd. The more skills, the more confident you become. Lets face it, a fight can twist into may variables. Nobody likes to be put on the defensive side of a fight but it can happen. The more well rounded you become in all aspects of self defense, the safer you will be. This is another piece of the pie. DO NOT pass this one up.

Someday all you may have are these two options, defend or die, and I don't think you want to be at room temperature. Mr. Franco takes care of that by taking you through a series of defensive skills and drills that will add a vital part to your well being. Any miscreant that tries to take a swat at you will be in for a CFA awakening.

And this dvd is a great way to learn. Though it is preferable to be the aggressor, you can't always do this due to several reasons, like your line of work. And defensive skills have stopped me from getting smacked in the head several times. What is shown in this dvd. I know to be effective. This dvd will teach you to reflexively respond to attacks with enough training and allow you to safely keep your head on your shoulders!

This is defensive training 101! For the complete beginner to the advanced martial artist/self defense practitioner. Regardless of what you currently know about defensive techniques, you need this instruction. This quality training DVD gets straight to the point and can be understood instantly. The three man hubod section should be taught everywhere!
This DVD not only covers the positives of training with a CFA mindset (which are quickly understood), but also exposes major flaws in existing techniques currently being taught as viable defensive options. I have already changed some of my long term skills for the better since viewing this DVD. One view will change your training, without a doubt.

Did you really learn how to defend yourself after taking all those Traditional Martial Art classes? I always questioned it when I got older. Why complicate things when you can just get down to the nitty-gritty. Simple and effective.

Forget about all those questionable defensive techniques you've learned in karate class. In this dvd, Sammy Franco shows you the most practical blocks for real life self defense situations as well as footwork and using distance to your advantage. The best defense is a good offense but unfortunately you don't always have a choice. If you find yourself in a defensive situation these techniques are your best bet!

This DVD completes the very basic skills we need for self defense. One of the main weaknesses in traditional methods is there defensive skills. With Defend or Die we finally have a DVD that teaches defensives techniques that are based in reality and will help save your life. I think the best way to convey my thoughts is in the following statement. Hypothetically if I or a loved one had to fight a no holds bar match to the death and could only use three items to prepare. One would be Defend or Die and the other two would be Armed to the Teeth Volumes 1 and 2. Nuff said.
