    Submission Fighting (Volume 2), 5.5.2010

What you can do if your opponent is sitting on top of you? Looks like not too much? Wrong. Surprisingly you can do a lot to submit and defeat him! Sammy Franco shows how in this Submission Fighting (Volume 2): more than a dozen different techniques. You can even use some from Submission Fighting Volume 1, being on the ground. Example are: The Box, Triangle Leg Choke and others. There are many new as well. I myself found very interesting and unusual Knee Choke and Double Elbow Break. Once again I like that Sammy honestly says about the limitation of any submission and dangers which you can expect (punches, weapons) from your opponent. At the same time some submissions can be deadly!

I am very impressed by this DVD. This volume focuses solely on the guard position and is absolutely loaded with offensive and defensive techniques. As always, the material is presented in a very clear manner and each technique is followed by examples from multiple angles. If you want to learn reality based ground fighting (as opposed to sport ground fighting), this DVD should be your first purchase.

Want to surprise your opponent with guard techniques that they have never seen before? Then get this DVD. Basic guard submissions are covered in great detail in the great CFA teaching style that is truly one of a kind: but what I was really blown away with were the submission that I have never seen before! Both beginners and advanced practitioners will learn a TON, this is without a doubt my favorite guard DVD.

As always the techniques are taught in an easy to lean manner. These guard position techniques are essential for your ground arsenal. If you do end up on your back in a ground fight, this DVD will show you how to defeat your opponent. Also see my review of SUBMISSION FIGHTING FOR THE STREET (VOLUME 1)
