Focusing on only few locks in great detail enables you to master them by being able to use them in a real situation where punches and knife attacks are part of the party. Taught in a more realistic way than other dvds on the same subject, demonstrated by the master himself, this one is a great educational experience, watching perfection in action....

This is another important piece of the puzzle. This DVD takes what you know and have practiced to use from CFA, and seamlessly adds another option when defending yourself. Adding great locks from start to finish. Specific, simple and drills to make them second nature. From standing up all the way to the ground.
Striking someone is not always the correct and legal choice, you need to have more options. The more options you have when defending yourself, the more likely you will succeed. This DVD is yet another great answer to your Self Defense game-plan. Make sure you get the first one also. They both cover different material on the same subject ! ! !

The first wrist lock dvd was great, here the second volume Mr. Franco amazes me with the amount of information he packs in one dvd. Scenarios are realistic exercises are simple. Both wrist lock volumes were a great buy.

A great follow-up DVD for volume 1. Volume 2 builds on the knowledge of controlling a person without causing any severe damage. Again in my field ,teaching in a high school, I occasionally get in positions were I has to break up a fights. You don't want to hurt some who is not trying to hurt you but you can stop a person from hurting someone else without causing any damage. It's a perfect tool for these types of situations.

If you got Wrist Locks for the Street Volume 1, then definitely get Volume 2. Like Vol 1, this wrist lock video is a must for anyone involved in the Law Enforcement or Security profession. Like all the video's I have from Sammy, this one is taught in a very professional easy to understand format that is very informative. Very functional and street proven, I'd recommend this dvd to my grandma. Another 5 stars!

Continuing right where the last DVD left off, this excellent DVD further expounds on the wrist locks methodology by covering the low positions assaults. While it is imperative that you have already watched and are proficient with the high position assaults shown in Wrist Locks for the Street Vol 1, Mr. Franco reviews the basics of wrist locks again before introducing the new material. You are getting more of the impeccable instruction and demonstrations from Mr. Franco, and he goes above and beyond again by even including such things as strengthening exercises and extra wrist lock demonstrations. If you already have the first volume, there isn't any reason why you shouldn't pick this one up. 5 stars!

This is a very good dvd on fuctional aspects of wrist locks! The instructor (Sammy Franco) does a great job teaching what "works" in a real self defense situation. I get the distinct impression that Mr. franco has seen his fair share of combat. This dvd has nudged me to buy some of his books. It looks like my next purchase will be When Seconds Count. I look forward to reading it.
