This DVD shows very interesting, unusual techniques mostly for visual training: how instantly identify the threat and react on it. How keep you eye not blinking in a dangerous situation. For example, the exercise when somebody's fist stops just close to you face. There are many others!

Innovative training that helps improve your identification and reaction time. Peripheral vision is also an important skill that is well covered here. I also like the self training drill (involves reacting to the images on a television screen).

It's amazing how quickly your training benefits from the increase in reflexive speed that results from practicing the very innovative and creative drills on this DVD. Until I tried them, I never realized how much visual detail I was missing and how much you actually can see and react to with a little practice. I'm much more natural in my tactile and auditory reflexes, and one serious weakness in my training has always been slow visual reflexes. I'm extremely happy to have this DVD because it is the answer to that problem. I've practiced only three or four of the drills and I've already improved dramatically. Thank you Sammy!
