Welcome to the convenient world of online shopping! Online shopping is very similar to regular shopping that you're already familiar with. Essentially, you browse our web site, find the product that you want to buy, place the item in your shopping basket, and when you're done selecting all of your items, you go to the checkout station. Checkout is where you pay for the items by entering your payment information. It is also where you tell us where you would like us to to ship the items.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Money Orders.

The Shopping Basket

The shopping basket is a list of the items that you've selected to purchase. We keep the list for your convenience and you can always see it by clicking on "Basket Contents" at the top of any page. You can also remove any or all items from your basket if you decide to change your mind, or even change the quantity of each item in your basket.

Our CFA store is arranged very much like a store that you would find in a shopping mall. There is an "entrance", which we call a "Store Front". Remember that you can always return to the store front from anywhere on our web site by clicking on the words "Store Front" that is at the top of every page.

How do I find what I am looking for?

Our "Categories" (on the left side of every page) are like aisles in a regular store, where different types of CFA products are displayed. Simply click on a category name to go to that category of products. The category screen displays all of the products available in that category. For each product, it's name, price, whether it's in stock or not, and a small picture are displayed.

How do I examine a product?

When you see an item that you want, you can click on a product to see a more detailed description and a larger picture. After examining a particular item, use the "back" button on your browser to return to the original category page You can always click on a completely different category in the list at left.

I found a product that I want, now what?

Before you can buy one of our products, you need to add it to your "shopping basket". You'll see the "Add" button on the product page (see example). Just click on the button to add the item to your shopping basket. Note that you haven't bought the product yet, it is only in your shopping basket. To see what you've placed in your shopping basket at any time, click on "basket" at the top of any screen or look at the pink "basket contents" box on the top right of your screen.

The items are in my basket, now what do I do?

After you have made all of your selections and added them to your basket, you need to go to the "checkout" screen to purchase your products. You will see "checkout" at the top right corner of each page (scroll up to the top of this screen and you will see it). Just click on "checkout" to start the checkout process.

When you go through the checkout process, you will need to enter your name, address, where your want the items delivered, the type of shipping (i.e., US, Canada or International) and your credit card information. Once you complete this part, you bought the products and we will prepare them for shipment.

It's that easy!

There is not much to it. It is really that simple! Within three business days you will get the products delivered to your front door.
