Please be aware that PayPal payments made by e-check may delay the shipping of your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared and funds have been deposited to our account. Payments by echeck can take 4-10 days to clear.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Credit card orders are the quickest way to receive your order. Credit card
orders made before 3pm are shipped same day. All orders are sent 2-3 day US Priority Mail.
When your order is shipped out you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and information. Please ensure that your spam blockers are not blocking e-mails from sammyfranco.com. Orders sent by mail average 7-10 days after we receive your check or money
order. Be aware that personal checks require considerable time to clear (7-14 days) so your order will be significantly delayed.
SHIPPING METHODS
USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. We offer both First Class and Priority Mail options. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. All U.S. shipments are sent with delivery confirmation. In some instances we do offer Express Shipping and Next Day, you must speak to our customer service representative for more information. If you choose to cancel your order after we have packaged and weighed your order for shipping, we will return your payment minus a 15% restocking fee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Defective dvds will be immediately replaced at our expense!
Because of the prevalence of pirated or bootleg DVDs, we cannot offer refunds on opened dvds. The only exception to this policy is if you received an incorrect or defective item. All MP3 Downloads are non refundable.
If for some reason you are unhappy with a particular item, we will permit you to exchange your purchase for something else of equal value or we can give you a store credit for a future purchase. If you choose to exchange your purchase for something else, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling fees. There are a lot of costs associated with processing and shipping an order. If you buy something and then return it, we have to deal with more costs to handle the return.
Returned merchandise MUST be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt to receive a store credit. Original packaging must be included as well. For example, if the item was shrinked wrapped it must be shrinked wrapped when returned.
We retain the right to refuse returns not meeting our returns criteria. If you return merchandise that does not meet our criteria, it may be returned to you at your own expense. Unapproved/unsuitable returns will be held for 7 days pending the payment of shipping charges to return the merchandise to you. If you do not pay the re-shipping costs we will discard the merchandise. We will not issue credit for any product that cannot be restocked.
All exchanges must be pre-authorized. We will not be responsible for unauthorized merchandise returns. All packages that are sent to us without an rma# will be refused and returned at customer's own expense. You must call us for your rma#.
INCORRECT ADDRESS/UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout. In addition to providing a valid delivery address, Customer is responsible for assuring the feasibility and accessibility of the mailbox and location to which the package will be delivered. Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable items due to an invalid delivery address, inaccessibility by the Postal Service, or the lack of capacity of the delivery mailbox or mail receptacle to accept the delivered package. We are not responsible if you, the buyer, provide incorrect information in your address. If items are returned due to incorrect addressing or "undeliverable address" or returned because the buyer did not claim them at the office you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling fees. We do not refund shipping charges for unclaimed packages.
