This is an awesome resource on the proper use of the rear choke technique (specifically the rear naked choke) for the street. The DVD teaches secrets for actually getting the choke applied on a resisting man, and for making the choke more powerful. If the rear naked choke is part of your self defense arsenal (and it SHOULD be), check out this DVD for sure!

I didn't know anything about this kind of choke. Now it's very clear in my mind, I know how to apply it while standing and while on the ground. The rear choke technique is taught in a very clear way and anyone can study and learn efficiently from this dvd. Thanks Mr. Franco!

This DVD was awesome. In one night you will go from knowing nothing about the "sleeper hold" to being a lethal practitioner. This DVD was so good that I took what I learned and gave my 135 lb girlfriend a 30 second tutorial and almost got choked out myself. I probably should have taken another 5 seconds to explain to her what tapping out was. Careful with this highly effective method, you wouldn't want to seriously hurt your training partner or end up serving time for defending yourself on the streets.

This DVD is a must for all self defense practitioners. If you want to master the rear naked "blood" choke, you need to study this DVD and practice the techniques and drills with your instructor. This DVD teaches you the right way to apply the rear choke, counter an assailant's defenses to the choke, and methods to apply the choke to a taller assailant. If you think you'll learn the RNC by watching UFC fights, you are dead wrong. Buy this DVD!

The DVD demonstrates the correct way to do the rear naked choke (RNC). I especially liked the actual demonstration of the RNC and the reaction from the man that bravely allowed himself to be choked. Choke Out made it clear that using the RNC in a fight is serious business and how easy it is to choke out an attacker.

An excellent presentation and demonstration of rear choking techniques. This DVD truly illustrates the body mechanics and strategies to incorporate a rear choke in many fighting techniques. Special attention is given to proficient engagement of the choke. Of particular interest is learning to incorporate chokes in Mr. Franco's Widowmaker Program.

In a day and age when most of your "self defense" instructors claim to have the end all be all system, its hard to find what works and whats a joke! Not at CFA! The "Choke Out" dvd is highly informational and explains the differences between chokes and the dangers of using excessive force. I highly recommend this dvd to those who want to learn proper technique and add to their self defense arsenal.
