    This medicine ball excercises run up to about 41st minute mark of total nearly 54 minutes. Many ideas are mentioned how to strength the upper body that can be done with or without a partner depending on the excercised. Very good video with guidelines and warnings about the danger of using the medicine ball. The medicine ball is not a toy but a heavy ball. Good excercises for anyone who needs strong upper body.

    These medicine ball exercises have added a new dimension in my upper body conditioning. It is great to switch exercises quickly with such a simple tool.

    Some don't have the luxury of going to the gym and, in those instances, we'd really love to keep ourselves minimalists. You definitely don't want to shell out thousands for workout equipment, do you? Of course, not! So, enter the medicine ball. It's a fraction of the price, a heckuva lot more fun and, with this video, you will find yourself in a series of exercises that will be great additions to or even replacements for your current workout. The results on the solo workouts alone will be noticeable on many levels. For those of us who do hit the gym on occasion, add this into your War Machine workout.

    Medicine ball workout 1 contains an amazing amount of drills and exercises to strengthen and condition your upper body for the rigors of real world combat. With a couple of medicine balls and a little bit of floor space you can get an incredibly challengeing workout. Highly recommended!

    While a couple medicine balls cant replace the racks upon racks of weights and equipment at a gym, this video along with it's lower body video certainly support the argument that you dont even need a gym! This is FULL to the brim with outstanding exercises, grueling difficult exercises, street survival training focused training, and a helluva lot of sweat! Absolutely recommended!!
