    Good excercises without fancy gym equipments

    Like the volume one, the presentation shows many different excercises for lower body and legs. The excercises work mostly on the legs with the aid of arms to support the medicine ball. Very good variation of excercises to balance the strength of the whole body in addition to upper body excercises to complete the body conditioning. Thanks for showing us this presentation and it is for anyone who needs strong legs. Good recommendation.

    If you believe that true workouts happen in the gym full of dumbbells, weight racks and stair steppers, then you are sadly mistaken! Try working along with the demonstrators on this video using only a 9 lb. ball. doesn't sound like much? Try it! You will find the error of your ways and thinking in short order! the medicine ball workout is a grueling, adrenaline rich, sweat heavy, practical workout for the real fighter! Prove it to yourself! Get the video, you will be hard pressed to find anything to match this workout!

    Incredible workout

    Once again Mr. Franco delivers a great product. Each exercise is demonstrated and explained in a clear manner. Anyone serious about improving their level of fitness or just providing some variety in their workouts should consider this video. Mr. Franco also tells which exercises strengthen certain self defense techniques. I had no idea there were so many medicine ball moves. I plan on incorporating what I learned in this dvd into my own training.

    Awesome lower body workout

    I highly recommend this video. I had no idea how many great exercises are possible with a medicine ball. Mr. Franco offers up a huge list of exercises and takes great care to explain each exercise in detail and why it is applicable to your self defense training. I must admit that I had underestimated just how intense of a workout is possible with a medicine ball. These exercises are an awesome addition to your workouts. I cannot recommend it enough. Another great CFA product.

    An unbelievable workout

    When I first saw that Sammy released a video set on the medicine ball I was very surprised. As such a staunch proponent of traditional weight training and orthodox conditioning methods, why would he do anything with a tool only used in rehab or for people who want to "take it easy" in their physical training. But I gave it a shot anyway, as his materials have never let me down. Let me tell you, I have new found respect for the medicine ball like I never before. I was blown away. I bought a nine pound ball from Ringside just to get started. I began with some "knee ups" as described, and at first, I was little worried because it seemed so easy. But then, after about five or six reps, suddenly the ball felt like it weighed 30 pounds and I was struggling. I tried some of the other exercises and found the same thing happened. It was always easy at first, but soon there after you can barely move. In the end, I had completely destroyed my abs. And I wasn't even going for a full work-out, I just wanted to give some of the exercises a shot. The medicine ball is a beast. I'm seriously embarrassed by how easily it kicked my ass using Sammy's drills. Strength, conditioning, even balance, the benefits of long-time use are amazing I'm sure. I thought I had good balance, but then I tried some of the lower body exercises, like the Lunge & Twist, and just nine pounds of weight forced me to really concentrate or I'd be all over the place. Sammy's drills are unique and innovative as always, and very powerful. I don't care in how great condition you think you are, you will be amazed by what you get out of this. I guarantee you'll never look at a medicine ball the same way again.
