Before I watched the dvd I didn't think much of the medicine ball.....after watching the dvd, I now respect the medicine ball.....I don't think I'm even going to renew my gym membership!

If, like me, you have to travel for your job and cant go as you want at your gym, these 2 DVDs and a simple medicine ball could transform your body. It contains plenty of movement for all the body and also includes many partner drills. A must have!

This would have to be the most demanding workout I have done in a long time. After just a week I could feel myself getting stronger. If you want a total body workout get the Medicine Ball Workout volume 1 and volume 2.

Medicine Ball Workout Volumes 1&2 by Sammy Franco is one of the best DVDs a self-defense practitioner can buy.It doesn’t matter if you are new or experienced in self-defense or sport fighting, Medicine Ball Workout helps condition your body to make you better.

What I liked about these DVDs is that they are specifically crafted with the fighter in mind. As you watch the various workouts, Sammy Franco explains why the particular exercise is good for a certain combative utility. The movements are clearly defined and demonstrated so that you can workout to this DVD right out of the package, changing exercises as they do on the screen.

In addition to solo exercises this DVD provides many partner workouts that are unique, offering something that you don't see in many workout programs. Considering its aim and purpose, there is nothing to complain about this program. It shows exactly how to workout and condition your body with medicine balls, pure and simple. Do yourself a favor and check these DVDs out. It's worth the money to buy both.
