Listening to this audio CD is like having 28 mini lessons directly from Sammy Franco! Each mini lesson will keep you're training and CFA study on course. Just as a ship needs to readjust by degrees to stay on course, I feel these lessons will ensure that you stay on course in your progress. At the price listed, This CD is a huge bargain!! Highly recommend!! I hope CFA makes more of these Audio lessons!!

I really like the idea of the one minute training. I keep this cd in my car and play it almost every day on my way back and forth to work. I do love the concept and think it's a good way to drive home the mental street fighting concepts that are often overlooked during hands on training. An excellent resource!

This is great to listen while your working out, before you go to bed or even on your lunch break at work! Great little bits of information on how to survive in the streets as well as tips for fighting techniques. I must have listened to this cd like 1000 times already! Excellent buy!
