This music is inspiring and motivational for your workouts and is also enjoyable by its own rights. It lifts you without being distracting so is also a pleasure to have playing when you're at work, relaxing, etc. Although the previously released albums are good this surpasses them and is an excellent addition to your cd collection.

Not only is Mr. Franco a pioneer and expert on reality based self defense, but now he is taking over the music industry. Time to Kill is simply awesome. All the tracks great. I had one of the best workouts ever listening on my iPod. The energy never lets up and takes you over the plateaus of tired. Great job on another project. Can't wait for more. For those who like heavy beats, great riffs, and a good combination of synthesis sound, this is for you. This is a must have for all hardcore gym rats.

    Killer Workout Music!, 10.1.2008

With all the times I have been to a gym and they have some sentimental crap playing on the speakers, bringing my own music is the second best idea I wish I came up with. The best idea I wish I came up with was making music specifically geared towards motivating you to get a great workout. "Time To Kill" delivers on its promise to both entertain and get you motivated during a workout.
As a musician and music critic, I can appreciate a subtle organization of tracks that move a CD from a collection of songs into a musical album. With the first track's opening narrative of howling wind and eerie footsteps giving way to deep, suspenseful synth soundscapes, Time To Kill provides you with cool sounds that get you into a mindset of working out. The album's title track delivers an intense opening guitar riff before exploding into a full-band jam and a sweeping synth that creates an effect of being taken up and down (like a weight lifting rep). All this by only track two! The album has a nice flow to it, transitioning from an extremely heavy song, to something lighter but equally intense. There is a lot variety on this album, greatly enhancing its listenabilty from start to finish, which is something you need when your working out.
The production qualities are spotless. Very well recorded and mixed which is rare for a self-produced album. If you're like me and wish you had something to keep your mind focused in the gym, and don't want to be thinking about constantly changing songs on your iPod, Time To Kill is the way I recommend you go
