Great options to add to our training

I have a training group that has incorporated focus mitts into our training since day 1. This DVD gave us some more options and drills that we had never considered before. I really like the hammer fists, adding in headbutts, low line kicks, and the different distances/defending forward pressure. Overall I thought it was a worthwhile DVD and I would recommend it to anyone that works with focus mitts and wants to break out of standard boxing techniques with them.

So far it has been pretty good, I have evn incorporated it into my training. Some of the drills are obvious, but others are interesting and for me it is always nice to see how other people do things, picking and choosing what I feel would be the most beneficial.
