Good lessons to learn how to escape from the attackers when threatening. Unfortunately there is a fine line between an attacker and a victim depending on a question: "Who starts a fight?" . This video explains carefully how to protect yourselves being justified through self defense. Highly recommendation for those who wants to learn to protect themselves. Need a good partner willing to share those practices with each other.

I found CFA doing a simple search for combat conditioning and what I found is FORT KNOX of fighting information! This is my third CFA DVD and let me tell ya Sammy delivers. The content is so so simple yet so effective. I truly believe Sammy may have cornered the market on street fighting and self defense. I do not mention sports fighting cause that is what sammy does not teach (MMA). So for you skeptics and critics out there who believe the only way to truly test any self defense system is through the Octagon continue your sport training. BUT!!!! If you want to learn the proper techniques that will help you in a street fight, any maybe get cha home alive! CFA is SHiZNIT!!!!!

I'm familiar with many techniques of escaping from chokes and holds from different martial arts but they all had a certain type of situation where they don't quite work. i'm lucky i came across this DVD that covers in details the most common chokes, holds etc... and how to escape in a way that can be done in the streets.

Again, the focus of combining all escape material in one place is great. As a self-defense instructor, it helps me review and prepare for my classes in a comprehensive way.

The great thing about Sammy's system is that he does away with all the BS and gets to the point. Simple, yet destructive and effective moves.

    Great street survival techniques

The escapes here demonstrate the use of good body mechanics (leverage, balance, etc) to maximise effectiveness as well as varying levels of force -eg, if you are grabbed by a friend or your job requires you to restrain people then it's nice to have non lethal options to pacify them. Having "pressure tested" these techniques I believe they give you the highest percentage chance of escaping these holds -you do still need to practice the escapes, ie just watching the dvd is not enough to make you proficient. I feel that the techniques and principles here are essential and will serve you well.

"Escape Master" teaches valuable easy to learn techniques to add to your arsenal since many situations begin with a grab. Women are especially vulnerable to attacks that starts off with a grab. My wife found it very interesting and actually sat down and watched it with me. It also goes together well with the "First Strike "DVD. If you are serious about "Not Being a Victim", you need these two DVD's.
