    This shows very interesting, unusual techniques mostly for visual training: how instantly identify the threat and react on it. How keep you eye not blinking in a dangerous situation. For example, the exercise when somebody's fist stops just close to you face. There are many others!

    Innovative training that helps improve your identification and reaction time. Peripheral vision is also an important skill that is well covered here. I also like the self training drill (involves reacting to the images on a television screen).

    Speed is one of the most important aspects of combat. If you do not have the speed to reach your adversary with your offensive tools or you don‚t have the speed to defend against incoming blows, then you are dead on the streets. I have searched for a long time for a definitive method to improve my reflexes and become quicker and my search is over.
