There is a lot of valuable and fun training here, some of which is aimed at building a rapid and effective response against unprotected targets. Speed is a difficult thing to improve but I feel this dvd does a very good job of teaching you how to react and be quick.

The reflex drills that are discussed are very innovative and creative. They are by no means easy to master and can provide you with hundreds of hours of training time. These drills are the exact ones that are used to train Mr. Franco's students. You get to see first hand how his students do these drills, the mistakes they make and how to improve upon those mistakes. There are plenty of drills to do that will never allow you to become bored with your speed training. This is exactly what you want to learn to help you become faster in a self-defense situation. These drills will sharpen your mind unlike any other training method. Training to gain quickness in reaction time is very difficult and this is perfect to work on your recognition and auditory reflexes. If you are serious about becoming fast, responsive and decisive in a self-defense situation, this series is just what you're looking for. You will definately not be disappointed.
